We're Going to Belize!

Cirelle and I have always shared a heart for missions and we work hard to instill the same love in our children. One thing we have wanted to do for a very long time is go on a mission’s trip as a family. We have both been on one and know firsthand what an impact it can have on someone’s life.

God has blessed us with an awesome opportunity to go on a family mission’s trip this summer with our church West Bradenton Baptist. And to top it off, it’s to Belize, the place we have wanted to go to the most! We will be going to Dangriga, Belize to work with KidzConnect4Jesus and Hope Creek School. During the trip we will be hosting VBS type classes with kids, helping with tutoring, assisting teachers in the classrooms, and improvement/repair projects around the school

As you can imagine we have a lot of planning and work ahead of us over the next two months to get ready. The goal of this blog is to document our journey and allow you to be a part of, what is going to be, an amazing experience!

Financial Support

Probably the most awkward part of any trip of this type is hitting up friends and family for money.  The cost for the trip is $1200/person, so we are looking to raise a total of $7200 by mid-May. This is fairly inexpensive for a foreign mission trip as it includes flights, room, food, and everything else!
We have complete faith that God will provide whatever funds we require, he has already done some amazing things for us to even have this opportunity!

All that to say if you have some extra money lying around, want to buy our love, or feel led to help us in this way we would be very grateful.
